Upon successful completion of this class, the learner will be able to:

1. Understand the tasks and subtasks in the RBT Task List and the ethics requirements relevant to behavior technicians.

2. Introduction to Applied Behavioral Analysis (2 hours)

4. Data Collection and Graphing (3 hours)

5. Assisting w/Behavioral Assessments (3 hours)

6. Behavior Change Interventions (20 hours)

7. Service Delivery Documentation (3 hours)

8. Ethics and Professionalism (5 hours)

9. Next Steps in Certification Process (1 hour)

This training is designed and overseen by a BCaBA, BCBA , or BCBA-D, who has completed the 8-hour supervision training. This training program is designed to meet the 2025 and 2026 training eligibility requirements for RBT certification. This training is offered independent of the BACB. Certification testing voucher included in class.

Learners must be hired through a contracted employer. It is the employee's responsibility to follow their company's hiring practices and the employer's responsibility to properly vet new hires being sent through the RBT class.

Must be 18 years old.

Must have HS Diploma/GED Equivalent.

Must be able to pass a background and abuse registry check.

There are several flexible options available to help cover the cost of your skills training class:

• One-time payment – Pay the full class price upfront.

• Payment plan – Split your payments into 3-, 6-, or 9-month installments ($30 to set up, no interest).
