$5,000
Open
Special Application

The Leslie Newman Reby Excellence in Photography and/or Graphic Design Award is generously provided to students pursuing a credential in Visual Communications at Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵios Evansville, Indiana. The recipients will receive up to a $5,000 annual scholarship (up to $2,500/semester), depending on need, beginning in academic year 2025-2026.

Selection Process

The Ä¢¹½ÊÓƵios Financial Aid team will utilize the existing scholarship application, incorporating a donor-provided essay question for students to answer, to identify and award scholarships to eligible students.

The scholarship selection committee will review applications and identify those that most closely align with the Donor’s intent. Redacted applications for these candidates will then be forwarded to the Foundation for submission to the Donor for review. The Donor may indicate preferred recipient(s) to the scholarship selection committee, which will make the final award decision.

Should the relevant staff and faculty be unable to identify eligible candidates, the campus Foundation team will notify the Donor, or Donor’s designated representative, to discuss 1) waiving one or more selection criteria for current aid year, 2) hold the scholarship until next aid year, or 3) redirecting the funds to another initiative.
