Duties and Responsibilities:
路聽Reception duties:聽 provide information/directions to visitors and callers.聽 Assist students, faculty, and staff with reception requests.
路聽Operate switchboard, fax equipment, and computer.
路聽Direct student concerns to appropriate departments.聽 Schedule appointments as needed.
路聽Provide clerical support and assist with activities as assigned.
路聽Perform computer applications such as word processing, database, and desktop publishing.
路聽Coordinate communication between daytime and evening faculty/staff.
路聽Responsible for contacting Security for student and employee security concerns.聽 Follow College emergency procedures.
路聽Serve as backup support for day receptionist or for special needs.
路聽Organize areas such as front desk, employee lounge and copy room to prepare for next day鈥檚 operation.聽 Responsible each evening before leaving to replenish paper in copy machines and fax machine.
路聽Inspect all bulletin boards for inappropriate or outdated material.聽 Post new bulletins as authorized.聽 Monthly update/decorate employee lounge bulletin board.
路聽Handle confidential information in appropriate manner.
Assist faculty and staff with copy jobs.
General Qualifications:
路聽Completed FAFSA on file demonstrating financial need; and
路聽Maintain an aid-eligible Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) status; and
路聽Maintain a minimum of 1 credit hour of enrollment in eligible courses; OR
路聽Be enrolled in a minimum of 1 credit hour in the upcoming term.
