What You’ll Do
- Teach nursing courses including lectures, labs, and clinicals
- Develop course materials and assessments
- Advise students and support their academic journey
- Collaborate on curriculum development and program planning
- Maintain a safe and effective learning environment

Who Should Apply

Schedule & Pay
- Work Hours: Monday–Friday, daytime hours only (no weekends or night shifts)
- Contract Options:
- 12-Month: $70,000 – $85,000
- 9-Month: $55,000 – $65,000
Minimum:
- Current, unencumbered Indiana Registered Nurse license
- Three (3) years of RN experience
- One of the following:
- Master’s degree in Nursing, or
- Bachelor’s in Nursing with a written plan to complete a Master’s in Nursing and documented semester-by-semester progress toward it
Preferred:
- Pediatric nursing experience
- Previous experience in teaching or clinical instruction (not required)
