Essential Responsibilities:
- Assist Registrar with enforcing policies and procedures related to records, registration, and academic compliance
- Assist Registrar with student processes pertaining to graduation including but not limited to:
- creating and updating database of potential graduates
- updating student information on the BANNER System as graduation applications are submitted
- responds and track graduation applications
- Schedule work hours and supervise work-study students who report to the Office of the Registrar.
- Process records and oversee transfer credit evaluations as needed
- Oversee document imaging processes
- Assists the Registrar in end of term processes
- Processes Office of Registrar forms
- Responds to phone and in-person inquiries from students, parents and the general public
- Process requests for academic transcripts
- Assists in preparing various reports.
Other Responsibilities:
- ÌýServe as a back up to the Registrar
- Serve on the graduation committee Ìý
- Attend meetings as required
Hiring Range:
This is role is budgeted between $43,000-$48,000 per year.
Work Hours:ÌýÌý
Typical business work hours, may be adjusted during peak times.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree and three years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable with computer technology
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with the public and other employees
- Ability to work independently and exercise responsible judgment
- Must be customer-oriented, a self-starter, well organized and able to work independentlyÌýÌý
