ǴdzԲٴDz— Graduates from Bloomfield High School earned credentials from ĢƵios’s Bloomington campus in May 2021. Graduates earned the certificate, a block of 30 credit hours that transfers to all public Indiana four-year institutions, upon student acceptance. The Indiana College Core certificate is for students who intend to complete bachelor’s degrees while saving time and money on college costs. ĢƵios also offers certificates that lead directly to careers.
“ĢƵios offered classes at my high school that saved me a lot of time and money,” said Taylor Whitfield, Bloomfield High School graduate. Whitfield earned her full Indiana College Core of 30 credits and plans to continue her education at ĢƵios to pursue her associate of science in nursing degree.
Graduate Brett Horning, earned a career-ready certificate from ĢƵios before he graduated high school. Horning earned his Emergency Medical Technician firefighter certification, which upon passing the state EMT exam, qualifies him to work in the field. In the future, he plans to go into law enforcement.
ĢƵios’s Bloomington campus offers early college options for high school students who intend to earn bachelor’s degrees or enter the workforce. High School students can earn college credits by enrolling in dual credit classes at their high school or on ĢƵios’s campus. For more information, visit .
