Forbes has named Ģ����Ƶios among the best employers in Indiana for the third consecutive year. The College was included in the list for its commitment to fostering an inclusive, collaborative and rewarding workplace for its 6,500 faculty and staff across Indiana.

Our people are what make us great, and it’s why we strive to create a culture where everyone feels valued, empowered and driven by a deep sense of purpose and belonging,” said Dr. Sue Ellspermann, president, Ģ����Ƶios. “This recognition reflects the impact of our efforts to engage our employees, invest in their growth and enhance our policies and programs to support their success in work and life."

To create its 2024 list, Forbes partnered with market research firm Statista to survey employees on how likely they were to recommend their employer on a scale of zero to 10. Respondents were also asked to evaluate employers they’d worked for within the past two years, and organizations they knew within their industry or through friends or family who worked there. Responses were then tallied and incorporated into a scoring system, along with survey data from the past three years. Greater weight was given to the more recent data and to the responses from current employees within the state.

Indiana’s list includes 75 organizations and five higher education institutions. Nationally, just eight community colleges made the list.

In addition to the Forbes recognition, Ģ����Ƶios recently joined , the Wellness Council of Indiana’s workplace wellness assessment, evaluation and recognition program. AchieveWELL organizations are recognized as some of the healthiest workplaces in Indiana.
