Bloomington— Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµios Bloomington is celebrating its School of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management graduates on Wednesday, May 7 with a Hospitality Showcase fundraising event from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The event will serve as the final project and will be held on campus in The Yellowwood restaurant and patio. Tickets are $50 per person.
Students cooked for The Yellowwood the past eight weeks with a focus on international cuisine. For their final project, each student will cook and serve a menu item of their choice to create the Hospitality Showcase menu.
Itinerary:
- 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. Passed hors d'oeuvres, buffet, food stations, chef demos, dessert stations, cash beer/wine bar, mocktail bar
- 6:30 - 7:00 p.m. Graduate and student recognition ceremony on the patio
- 7:00 - 7:30Â p.m. Buffet and self-serve food, beverages
Visitors will have a chance to tour Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµios’s baking and culinary labs, along with chef demonstrations.
