µþ³¢°¿°¿²Ñ±õ±·³Ò°Õ°¿±·Ìý– Cook Group has partnered with Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµios’s Bloomington campus to provide a continuing education program, called Achieve Your Degreeâ„¢, for its employees through My Cook Pathway. Cook and Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµios are seeking to recruit more Cook employees into the program and to financially assist them with completing post-secondary credentials.
™ (AYD), established by Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµios, is a tuition-deferral program, which enables Cook’s employees to take classes at Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµios in-person or online. Through financial aid and  these educational opportunities are available with no upfront or out-of-pocket costs to the student. Cook Group students begin in classes designed to earn them a specialized certification that leads to an associate degree in one of the programs below:
- Accounting
- Biotechnology
- Business Administration
- Cyber Security/Information Assurance
- Engineering Technology
- Hospitality Administration
- Information Technology Support
- Network Infrastructure
- Software Development
- Supply Chain Management
Since initiating the program, more than 1,000 employees have advanced their education and career skills with Cook Group.
In addition to the seven Cook Group companies, other Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµios Bloomington Achieve Your Degree partnerships include, Bell Trace, Boston Scientific, Circle Prosco, Inc., Clipper & Soul, German American Bank, IU Credit Union, Old National Bank, Paoli Health & Living Community, Singota Solutions, Stonecroft Health Campus, and Hearthstone Health Campus.
